If I fight the right fight, I’m a bad matchup for everyone. I feel I have the best stand up. Luke Rockhold’s not going to take me down. Chris Weidman’s not going to take me down. Their wrestling is great, but they have to set it up with strikes. Heavyweights cannot take me down at this moment so no middleweight is going to take me down. All I can say is I’m very confident. I’m looking to fight those guys.”

War confident (and slighty depressed) Mousasi!!!!

Chris takes down the moose at least once...

What makes him think HWs can't take him down?

Hws? Mw jacare has something to say about taking moose down

Funny how he doesnt talk about Jacare, confirmed ducking
Actually Mousasi wanted to fight Jacare as well. It was Jacare who refused to fight him and chose to fight Tim Boetsch instead, a fight that makes absolutely no sense.

Faria (Manager of Jacare) said the UFC did offer a fight with Gegard Mousasi (41-6-2 MMA, 8-3 UFC), but team Souza turned it down because the two have already fought twice, going 1-1.

“We will fight (Mousasi) again only for a belt,” Faria said.

Mousasi vs Weidman would be great. And if Mousasi wins then he is is right there in the mix for the belt, even though after Romero, Jacare is the obvious choice.

he already whooped mousasi, so no reason to fight it now

jacaré deserves a titleshot for a long time

wowee if Mousasi and Weidman fought I wouldn't know who I'd root against more

He means HWs in training/sparring are not taking him down. Saw some pictures/videos of him training with Overeem, Satoshi Ishii etc. I think he is trying to say that his TDD has improved a lot.

Ill take Mousasi over Weidman and Rockhold all day son.

I agree that Jacare deserves a title shot, definitely worthy of one. Was replying to @20falarVerdades saying that Mousasi is ducking, which he is apparently not.

Both whooped each other, Mousasi in 1st fight and Jacare in 2nd fight. I would love to see a 3rd match.

Might as well make Moose vs Weidman, i'd like to see it.

Beats up Uriah Hall and the Ghost of Vitor Belfort and now he's acting like he's the baddest dude in the division lol

Mousasi could be one guy who benefits the most from USADA.

Funny how all the other "bad dudes" in the division are ducking like crazy.

Anderson and Jacare both refused a fight with Mousasi and accepted some random BS fight with lower ranked and way less known fighters.

Rockhold's injury is a mystery to both Mousasi and Jacare as he is training hardcore and challenging Jon Jones to a grappling match, but apparently unable to fight.

Whittaker is taking an extended time off, like 7 months, and no one is going to wait for that.

Weidman is playing hard to get, not signing multiple offers he received for a fight with Mousasi.

How is he acting like the baddest dude? Looks like the guy just wants to get a freakin' fight with someone.
