Pesta still beats several or more heavyweights on the UFC roster.

Still a promising prospect despite his 1-3 UFC record. Would be stupid to cut him.. Meanwhile Luis Henrique is on a 2 fight winning streak because he's been matched with Smolyakov and Columbo back to back. Pesta would beat those guys easy, and he would have beaten his original opponent Grabowski relatively easily too. Asker, Danho, Godbeer, De La Rocha(not sure if he's still there) and Sherman definitely lose to him as well, There are several other guys he would be game and probably a slight favorite against as well.

Who is Pesta?

He's 1-4. Doubt he gets another chance.

Although I agree, he's been unlucky with who he's been matched up with and likely is better than most of those you've mentioned.

He probably beats De La Rocha, Godbeer, Danho, Colombo....so it's a shame he's gonna be cut, as 1-3 or 1-4 or whatever is just too much.

I'm okay with the quality of fighters at HW dipping a bit if we get more of them. If they're making a shitty women's 145 division where the top ten is full of .500 fighters then they can keep dudes like Pesta and sign more heavies.

Juliana Pena? Sorry.... only WMMA fighter who can beat HWs on the UFC roster is Ronda.
