Aldo got caught. Nothing in the fight guarantees how a rematch would go.

For Alvarez ... he saw a large enough sample size to know he can't strike with Conor nor can he wrestle Conor to the ground. Alverez was completely dominated in ever aspect of his game. There was nothing he could do.

Aldo rematch is far more likely to produce a good match due to the large amoubt of unknown between the two fighters skill set than an Alverez one since we have enough data on that one to know he stands little to no chance outside of guess what ... catching Conor with a lucky lunch. His skill set was neutralized completely by Conors.
