This is a tough one. I lean Tate just because it was such a desperate attempt and because of the way Holly went out.

Nate's sub of Conor brought so much drama. It may be the P4P most butthurt inducing submission ever. Also Rothwell submiting Barnett? WTF just happened?

I vote for Ben Rothwell. First time Barnett was legitimately submitted in MMA by a hold. By Ben fucking Rothwell of all people, with a strange choke. Call it a gogo choke, call it a front choke, or call it a guillotine. I call it 2016 submission of the year.

Nate tapping Mcgregor was the biggest 2016 moment for the sport of mma.

But Ben tapping Barnett was the most significant submission of the year, imo.

I vote Rothwell/Barnett. I still hate that it happened.

All the dummies are going to vote for the Nate sub even though it's the most common sub that came about in the most common way possible. I voted for Rothwell.

Diaz over McGregor is going to win because of the impact it had and the hype behind it, but I voted for Rothwell tapping a submission artist like Barnett, which was a huge upset.

Hard to choose.I loved Nate getting the sub on Conor.Rothwell getting the sub on Barnet was impressive.I dont like Tate but she got the choke and won.Cerrone had a slick sub also but I went with Skelly.He came right at Blanco got a very nice sub very fast.

Big Ben's was by far the most impressive feat. Subbing a great submission artist with such a slick unusual choke.

My vote goes to Nate.
