Diaz, according to sources, recently reached an agreement with the Nevada Athletic Commission, which now frees him to participate in all combat sport-related activities in the state once again.

Yep. As part of his agreement, when dropping the 5 year suspension to 18 months, was he would submit to in-fight testing at 30 days out and two weeks out from a fight, plus the normal week of and day of testing.

That means Nick will have to be very careful about smoking for a whole month. Something tells me that's going to be a problem.
