Why are Aldo and GSP ducking McGregor?

NOW, Aldo has a chance to move up to 155lbs and fight McGregor but he continues to duck.

So Aldo has no ducked McGregor 3 times.

GSP:

His fanboys claim he is able to make 155lbs. McGregor would take that LW fight in a heartbeat. Instead GSP ducks and is out there trying to make some union even though he cowardly said nothing about a union in his whole UFC tenure. Also wants special concessions with sponsors even though neither McG and RR get said things, both of whom are way bigger stars than frenchy.
