We get it. He starched aldo in 13 seconds, but does it really matter at this point? He found excuses to never give aldo a rematch, to never defend against frankie, or to even defend it against holloway.

Instead he chose to fight nate diaz at WW so that he wouldn't have to cut any weight, and was then gifted a lw shot against yet another striker that he statistically and stylistically dominated. While in the meantime he refused to defend the fw belt.

It is now widely known that Dana stripped him of the fw belt due to having not defended it in 11months, this making Aldos interim title the true champion title, and by proxy making the disputing interim champ the true champ again.

So now anybody with a brain can raise a question. Did the aldo fight turn into a non title fight?

No it factually did not, it is a fact that it was a championship fight, stop grasping at straws you pitiful queer.

It actually never happened. Conor McGregor was never even born. You can believe anything you want to believe.

Yes it was a championship fight...

Aldo was a long reigning challenger and Conor was a deserving contender that beat him.

He was stripped for not being willing to defend/cut weight and I don't think he fights at FW again but that doesn't change the fact that Aldo vs McGregor happened and was a championship fight.

You people over analyze te shit out of everything.

Prize fighters fight for money. Conor simply took the fights that would pay him the most money. Nothing more. It is what all fighters try to do Conor just has more leverage with his massive drawing power.

Conor earned his FW shot. Won it decisively so he was champ. But not defending when he could have was bad for the sport....good for his casual fans, so theres that, but as a whole for long term sport development, they had to do something.

The LW shot was gifted obviously, but once again, he won it, decisively.

What he does now is what matters.

Does he keep ignoring the sport and only cater to the dumb short term fans?

Or get back the sport and make it a long term positive.

Why are you so bitter about him my man? He ktfo Jose and demolished Eddie. What the fuck are you talking about?

I agree with everything but him being "a deserving contender". He was not.
He leapfrogged the division's top guys and got a gifted title shot.

All the rest is true though

2016 year in review for Conor, tapped out by a journeyman off the couch, wins a MD against an injured journeyman where his ass was basically saved by the bell, gets a gift title shot, the 2nd of his career (3rd if you count the rda fight being signed) against a guy in Eddie Alvarez who is not the best lightweight in the world by any stretch, then his girlfiend is pregnant and he uses that as a bullshit excuse to avoid Ferg or Khabib for 6 months.

Barboza beat Melendez and Pettis more dominantly, RDA isn't that great anymore and honestly glass body cerrone, post USADA Pettis and an injured nate diaz made him look much better then he really was. Eddie landed a overhand right with his eyes closed on RDA. Eddie was propably the 5th best lightweight at best for me. that is deep for the casual conor fans to grasp but yeah

His 13 second ko of aldo, has more to do with aldo being a dipshit but not because conor is a better fighter.

Conor had staph vs. Nate, RDA was the most dominant LW champ since BJ and Eddie starched him, blah blah, tl;dr - you're a butthurt baby hater.

This thread is a new low, even for weirdo obsessed Conor haters. Bravo, TS.

According to Conor's fanboys, he can't do wrong. He is always great .
