Unorthodox Madman as good a challenge for DJ then someone really technical?

I don't think anyone DJ's size is going to win by using olympic gold medal wrestling or by using lighting quick striking or by having a cardio advantage or by being well rounded. DJ seems capable of handling all that.

So why not a madman like Elliott whose going to start the fight with a rolling front kick, try to cause chaotic scrambles, and put unrelenting pressure until he wins or loses? Seems like he has as good of odds as anyone whose going to try being technical.

The closest opponent to Elliott that DJ's fought at flyweight is probably McCall.
