Its much harder to get pro fights as a girl.

Most of the men have 2-3 ammy fights and then start getting paid.

Some of the girls with only one or two pro fights have 10-12 ammy fights.

Just the way it is. Girls can be on the same card on regional
as guys getting paid and get nothing
