We haven't seen him in his emaciated featherweight state since December of 2015, and thus have become very accustomed to what he looks like now. It's weird to see pics of him at FW now, as he looks horrible in them. Even when he's not cutting weight, it's obvious he's depriving himself in order to be unnaturally light. He's never fighting at 145 again.

That cut to featherweight wasn't that bad for him. Compare that pic with the cut when he fought Mendes and you'll see a huge difference. That Mendes cut was probably his worse one and he was coming off a knee injury at that time.

He can make featherweight if he wants to.

Sure, he can make featherweight, but he's not going to. There's no reason to. His fame isn't tied to the FW division. He'll make just as much money at 155 as at 145, so why put himself through the hell necessary to get to 145?
