Not even close for DC. Mark Schultz is def the most accomplished wrestler to compete in UFC/MMA, closely followed by Jackson.

I see Cejudo easily taking the 3rd spot behind Schultz and Jackson, then followed by Romero, Saunders and Lindland - silver olympic medals, Mark Coleman - Pan American gold, world championship silver, then Daniel Cormier. Bilyal Makhov would be ranked before DC once he finally makes ufc debut with a 2012 olympic bronze medal.
