"I would say from looking at his body that it didn't surprise me, you know?" Velasquez said recently on The MMA Hour. "He's just a big, massive guy and you don't see other fighters like that."
Velasquez scored a first-round TKO of Lesnar to claim the first of his two UFC heavyweight titles back at UFC 121 in 2010. But whether Velasquez has defeated an opponent over the course of his career or lost to him, Velasquez would rather they fight clean.
"That he came out positive, it kind of sucks because I just want my competitors, the guys who I fight against, I want them to be on the same level that I am, you know?" said Velasquez, who defeated Travis Browne at UFC 200. "Just some of the people out there that are cheating, it's good that we're catching them, USADA is doing a great job of catching them, and hopefully discourages others from doing them so this sport can be a clean sport."

Cain, in my opinion, is the best in the world when he's in top shape. I see him beating Stipe and getting back his champ. He beat an obviously juiced Brock, and I agree with him that the USADA is doing a bang up job in cleaning up the sport. It does upset me to see so many fighters dropping like flies, but it's a purging process.
