In life, sometimes you make decisions that come back to bite you in the ass later, conor was off ufc 200 for his fiasco on twitter
Need i remind you how aldo pulled out of one of the most promoted fight in the ufc costing it millions of dollars and this wasnt the first time, furthermore he publicly bashed the company following the conor fight. These were risky endevours which he paid for after he was knocked out in 13 seconds. Had he won he certainly would have enjoyed the leverage benefits as anderson has after his defeat of the popular chael sonnen, but he didnt
Aldo then turned down an opportunity to fight conot after the "anytime, anywhere" demand. Aldo is a great fighter but he has 0 leverage, his greatest pull was the brazilian audience but 196 cannot be forgotten easily
For those arguing an immediate rematch, altho conor lost to nate he was competitive until he gassed, aldo was not. Aldo is not only not reliable to show up to an important card (proven) but there is lil interest in the fight outside mma hardcore fans
