I keep hearing about how UFC disrespected Aldo. But has he earned any respect from the organization

this is a guy that constantly ruins events by being injured, pulls out of headliners, GLOATs about never doing his part in promotion and benefiting off other people's hard work at promotion, never steps up as a last minute replacement even when he can, gets slept in 13 seconds in biggest fight of his career

the fact is, Jose Aldo has been a shit and spoiled employee, good fighter but shit employee, and UFC has no obligation to cater to his whims

this is the UFC, not the favelas

Everyone who has ever been a boss knows that the whiners and complainers don't get special treatment.

If you have to do that question, it's not even worth give you the answer

Looks like that anal bleach you've been applying to your hair has seeped into your brain

Aldo is the FW version of Anderson Silva, in basically every way. Two dominate Brazilians that don't speak English.
The only major difference between the two? Zuffa backed Anderson with marketing for years and really did whatever Anderson wanted.
With Aldo, Zuffa kicked him to the curb as soon as possible.

Anderson did a TON for the organization as far as promotion goes. Jose Aldo has been a whiner and actively sabotaged events, big difference

you don't even know what a favela is and how people live there.

you should be impaled.

Such as? The guy still doesn't speak English in interviews.

The only promotion Anderson ever did was knock people out. Which has more to do with his weight class over Aldo's than anything.

People paid to see Anderson. Aldo? Not so much.

Because he was marketed by Zuffa 24/7. Anderson did nothing to market himself.
Aldo never had that privilege.

And THERE is the difference between Anderson and Aldo.

One fought like an action movie hero. The other? Not so much.

And THERE is the difference between Anderson and Aldo.
The real difference is the UFC hyped Anderson as the best thing since sliced bread. Rogan, Dana, commercials, media journalists. The whole thing.
It's amazing the interest you can garner when you have a multi-billion dollar company backing you. Just ask Sage Northcutt
