Recent interview w/ Dana White on Sportscenter claiming that Conor McGregor has an old foot injury (which re-occurred at UFC 202) going into UFC 205.

Does someone still believing what Dana say? Really?

Pre-made excuse.

But to be fair, Conor does seem to have some issue with his foot. That's why he was on crutches after UFC 202 when he met Pablo Kanye, isn't it?

Every fighter in the UFC has an "old" injury.

When/if Connor loses this injury will get all the blame while when nate was injured it was just an excuse

so it's not bad since it needed rest for a few weeks, while the personal stuff is him retiring if he wins.

Is it a back injury from carrying the UFC for the last couple years?

If it's true, Dana is a fucking idiot. No fighter wants their opponent knowing about injuries before a fight.

More likely than not, it's not true. White is possibly making an excuse for a potential loss.

The best thing to do would have been to say nothing. But we all know Dana talks out his ass at every available opportunity.

Why does the UFC always have contingencies for Conor going into a fight? Kind of like an insurance plan just in case things go south and he loses. Conor will fight a lightweight at 170lbs, Conor has a foot problem fighting Alvarez. WTAF..

already creating excuses for colin and himself to back on

BLA BLA BLA...setting up the excuse in case the guy is destroyed. These fuckers are so disgusting. They want to milk the guy as much as possible. They know that after one more loss ala Diaz this guy wont be worth what he's worth now, so, ""Oh the guy has been injured"" that is why he lost., then the rematch...and you know how it goes.

Dana's full of shit. Protecting his golden boy. I can already hear him at the post fight presser. "Listen, Conor is at the hospital. He was fighting with an injury and wasn't 100%. Also, there's some issues he's gotta resolve. When he does, he'll come back, he'll get an automatic rematch and will defend the 145 title later in 2017."
