Everybody knows the UFC will survive without Aldo, fighters come and go, and he is big in only one of its markets.
But the issue here is not Aldo being "salty" or anything, as he isn't the only top fighter they lost or is in the verge of leaving. The issue here is the complete disregard for contracts, communications, and work ethics. The issue is that you can't trust your boss, and this is completely insane, I can't imagine how a company can operate in this way and think everything it's cool because other fighter is getting what he wants, and worse, it's being talked that the fighter is calling things, he has the final word lol.
Maybe we cannot compare the UFC with an ordinary company, but at the same time they don't have anything we can follow and say: "ok, that's how things are done here".
In other words, IMO this is only the beginning, other top fighters already left, but this time is one of the GOATs, and I wouldn't want my company known for lack of work ethics.
