UFC Throwback Cards?

I was looking up UFC themes for another post, and I had a fun idea: what if the UFC had throwback cards? What if every year the UFC had a big card (think Super Bowl) and called it "The Ultimate Ultimate '16"

or a card that featured former PRIDE fighters and called it "Final Conflict '16"

With all of the fandom that Rizin is getting, it might be a good competitive move for the UFC to stunt Rizin's nostalgia momentum.

Every 2 years they should hold a special "Pride" event where they hop into the ring instead of the octagon. Make an event out of that. I understand that the risk is great, but the reward seems like it would be even greater. Agreed sir.
