Today's New Jim Norton episode with Wonderboy and Woodley on.

I love how they goofed on Wonderboy's dad battling Woodley on Twitter.
 
So now it's acceptable to use "Breaking" just to advertise some dumb internet interview?
And does Woodley know he doesn't have to always point to the guy next to him when he gets his picture taken? Shit looks dumb as hell.

Cliffs for those who won't listen

-Tyron and Wonderboy pretty cordial

-Tyron clarifying what he meant by not respecting Wonderboy - says he knew they were fighting for a while and it was irritating for Wonderboy to act like he was afraid. Wonderboy didn't know for sure until Tyron announced it

-Wonderboy clarifying that he doesn't actually think Tyron was afraid, they mention a bit of the Dad Beef but both men laughed it off basically.

-Tyron backtracking as well, says he was never passing up Wonderboy he was just looking to promote himself says everything comes back to promoting the fight.

-Both guys say it's great to be apart of what they think will be the biggest card ever

-Frankie saying Frankie things, thinks he's in the later stages of his career

-They talk about GSP a bit.

-Tyron doesn't care about "respect" has his idea of his own goals, competing for his family and team and such.

-All three guys joke a little about douchebags on twitter. Talk a bit about accessibility to fans and that being a positive and negative

-Woodley clarifies not thinking Wonderboy is humble. Says it was based on just thinking that Wonderboy knew about the fight for as long as he did. Says he could be wrong, Wonderboy says he found out about it the day Woodley announced it

-Some shit about Wonderboy's dad, he's on Weidman's dad levels.

-They talk about CM Punk a bit. Tyron defends him a bit since CM Punk is a training partner, talks about his work ethic. Frankie just didn't know what to expect. Wonderboy was rooting for him a bit.

-They talk a little about "being in the zone" as fights get closer

-Tyron a little defensive about the hosts being surprised that Tyron would get the KO early against Lawler

-Talk about the staredown a bit and how they go about it and what they take from it and pre-fight rituals. Stephen Thompson goes to sleep before everyfight in the locker-room.

-A bit of political talk. Tyron plugs his podcast "The Morning Wood Show".

-They talk a bit about Ronda. Tyron pretty much dominated the interview for the most part.

-Wonderboy talks about Matt Brown and it being his best fight ever in terms of learning experience, his first loss ever.

-They talk a bit about the "Wrath of Dana". Frankie has experienced it. Woodley has experienced it as well.

- They talk about outside distractions, and blocking it out. All guys find it easy.
