Erick Silva is still pretty young and they fed him to a LEGIT guy.

You guys are being a little too harsh on him. He's still pretty early in his career and his plenty of more mileage to go.

At the end of the day, especially at this young of an age, he still pulled off the victory. As long as he's winning and showing progress in his fundamentals he will be quite a force to reckon with in the future.

Yeah it was a good fight. one good fight. It takes more than one good fight to make noise

Haha the 'young' Erik Silva myth lives on

Give him a few more years and a few more fights under his belt and his potential will really be realized imo. The kid has all the time.

Sorry man, the deal here is the mileage...guy is almost ready to be taken to the junkyard...unfortunately.

I don't think Silva's ceiling is much higher than it is now, but he is always exciting to watch

His opponent was 23, almost as young as Silva, but he had way more experience. For a guy that green to get the win means some serious RAW talent.

Silva's best attribute at this point is his youth. He's beating people with youth alone. And he's only getting younger, I think a few more years, when he's 14, he'll be champ.

If Silva's mommy and daddy ever sign a permission slip for him to do full contact sparring with his teachers at MMA school, the sky is the limit.

Did we just go back to 2010? Have you guys heard of this new white rapper chick Iggy Azalea?
