It's tough to tell how good a girl is when the other one just cowers and backs up. Plenty of females can learn to punch a punching bag with conviction, but how they can stand in the pocket and counter is a lot different. There's some good ones, like JJ obviously, but we haven't seen too many good technical stand up matches in WMMA.
