Oh, and Santiago also had him on a kneed-to-know basis, which caused the Flight of the Peoples swooping in for the save and leaping over Sean's dead body.

I guess it's just dangerous being a Salmon.

But it's all good.

Are you new to prizefighting? That's how you build a prospect, by feeding him slop that gets tougher to chew as he goes along. Salmon was picked by Joe Silva because he knew what the end result was gonna be.

I guess you could say that for Salmon, the journey has all been...upstream.

The bottom rung gets raised continuously, and the top rung has world class specialists that also have high level non-specialty skills and physical conditioning. The "new breed" thing people have been murmuring about isn't gonna just show up one day; it's developing over the generations as the limits are explored
