Do people still think Rory is overrated?

Maia couldn't submit him. He survived Demian's ground game in the 1st and 3rd round to win the bout. He toyed with the current champion. He went toe to toe against Thompson for 5 rounds, Hendricks got destroyed in 1. He had one of the best fight in the ufc history against Lawler.
I feel the UFC did a mistake not keeping him. He's only 26 years old and there were still a lot of interesting matches to make:
Rory vs Hendricks, Matt Brown, Dong Hyun Kim or even Cerrone and a lot of fun and possible rematches against Condit, Maia, Woodley or Thompson.
How much do you think Bellator is paying Rory?

Rory is a beast and I will never understand the logic behind the idea of someone who thinks he's overrated.

I don't think he is exciting but he is a great fighter.

Rory is great but his Tri-star/Zhabi style limits him and his soul/nose aren't there.
