Even if not, he is P4P the biggest name in the UFC.

But dude has legit skills, and is tough as fuck.

P4P is stupid. All that matters is his is the #1 fighter at his weight class at this time. Dude needs to defend or relinquish, though.
 
I mean he KO'd the number 1 P4P guy (at the time) in 13 seconds. If we look at the state of each division at the moment it would be hard to argue that he's not top 10 P4P. The only people I would put above him are Cruz, DJ, Cormier, and Jones. I don't know if it would be fair to put anybody else above him.
 
Mir... for me he's the opposite of McGregor. I prefer Mir when he speaks, I prefer Conor when he fights. To prove my point, he spoke the truth from start to end in this interview excerpt.

P4P rankings are a joke. We already knew this.
