Rory's move to Bellator was the best career decision for him, he'll his stock tremendously, and has the unique opportunity of running through Bellator competition, getting the WW title and potentially returning to the UFC for a champion vs champion superfight, kind of like Nick Diaz when he first left the UFC and went on that Elite XC Strikeforce tear for a bit.

Agree, disagree, why or why not?

They'd(UFC) have to buy Bellator...otherwise they wont even acknowledge they exist. Just look at Alvarez.

Means nothing without confidence, Rory needs to get it back.

Well hopefully he kicks ass in his debut. It'll most likely be a little while until we get to see him compete again.

hope to see him vs mvp

Up his stock how? Who's talking about Bendo? Mitrione? Davis?

Rory is a weirdo who gets called the Canadian Psycho for a reason. Without the UFC PR machine he's getting nowhere (not like he was even with it).

Aside from a very small number of guys like Kimbo, who had already established themselves before entering Bellator, whose stock really rose? Their WW champ Koreshkov is a tough customer, yet who's even heard of him? To the casuals, if you beat him, you beat a Bellator can; if you lose, you lose to a Bellator can. The only way for his stock to change in a significant manner is if it drops.
