No way it works like that every time.

Many people don't care about the prelims & just buy the PPV. Other's watch the free prelims & don't buy the PPV. This is just speculation. I would think the numbers would be up in the 1.5 mill range.

If you listed the rumored buys for each PPV people might actually get what you're saying.

I wouldn't put too much stock in it, 200 beat 196 in prelim ratings but not in buys, so the formula isn't exact.
