Conor McGregor sparring at The Ultimate Fighter gym in Las Vegas #TheMacLife

Gonna have to wait for his training partner to release the unedited sparring session before making conclusions

Eesh, doesn't look impressive, even with favorable editing.

Edited or not, looked a hell of alot better than that boxing video I saw him in a couple months back

Looks like his defense is still overly reliant on reflexes, reflexes that will slow as the fight goes on.

That was Dillon in there for some of it, it looked. I guess he'll likely be transitioning to MMA soon. He's young, he should do well.

Those roundhouse kicks are not the type he should be working on, those look good on Van Damme´s films and on games, but he should be training that front leg chopping kick if he is looking to hurt Nate.Dos Anjos leg kick Nate Diaz UFC on Fox 13.png

Conor's main weakness is cardio. His style relies on speed, relexes, and timing. The problem is that he doesn't have the cardio to maintain the level of speed/reflexes/timing needed to excel later into a fight. He's very dangerous early in the fight. If it's a high paced back and forth fight he will start to slow down his offense and lose his defensive reflexes.

Olympic boxers are still amateurs, McGregors throwing kicks and wrestling them, wonder how he does when straight boxing them.

Nate spars with guys like Andre Ward, and holds his own, these guys couldn't even hold his towel.
