Will edson and Eddie fight?

During his post fight interview Edson called out everyone ahead of him in the rankings except for his team mate and lightweight champ Eddie alvarez. If he fights either RDA, khabib or ferg and wins will he ask for a title shot with Eddie as champ?

Edson just seems like way to nice of a guy to call out his team mate let alone have a go at him. Have either of them addressed this? And who do you think would win?

id hope they fight. edson has the best case for a title shot after tony. beating pettis and gil is the most anyone can do before getting a title shot.
