The only two I can think of is Don Frye vs. Mark Hall

and maybe Kalib Starnes vs. Nate Quarry..

I think Quarry tagged him a few times though.. not sure..
 
Frank Shamrock vs. Igor Zinoviev.

Edit: Frank punches him after the KO..

Brown vs. Maia. I mean, I'm sure there were some, it was a 3 round fight, but it couldn't have been too many.
 
Every Kamaru Usman or Colby Covington fight.
 
I don't think Werdum landed a strike on Fedor, but Fedor did land...

Sonnen/Maia was very grappling heavy so it's possible neither landed or threw many punches...

Sakuraba/Newton looked like they just wanted to purely grapple...

Hughes/Trigg 1 was a pure grappling match...

Maia/Quarry and Leites/McFedries were quick subs and they were able to put them on the mat quick

Probably not 0 strikes landed, but very few, if any.
