Chael Sonnen on intensity

Unfortunately this mentality is the reason why Sonnen never go to touch the UFC gold.

In all of his fights he was too focused on just purely outworking his opponents and he either ended up making a huge blunder (both Anderson SIva fights) or gassing out.

He should've found a better moderation with intensity and worked on his techniques.

Seriously tho, hate Chael the clown but he does really seem like a good guy/great coach when being himself.
 
As a high school wrestling coach I would agree. Although many times inexperienced kids will come in with high intensity and get their ass kicked due to lack of experience, but as long as they keep the intensity day after day it helps a lot.

He WAS BEING HIMSELF, when he made sexually aggressive remarks against Silva's wife. Just admit the guy is an asshole and you like him anyway. Anything else makes you look foolish.
