I know so many fighters, especially the ones who made little money from the early days, decided to open their OWN gym to earn a living....I am curious about the ones who actually work at the gyms...... Not people who just lend there name to the business. (Believe Xtreme Couture is a name lender).

Just wondering if their success in the ring, translates into success once they hang em up?

So which fighters currently operate successful gyms?

Matt Hughes i think has a pretty successful gym.

Matt Serra
Randy Couture
Lee Murray (some serious lifters and fighters at his gym)

Travis lutter, Matt Serra, Jeremy horn, Matt Hughes did but sold it, Kyle Watson

Mike Swick runs a branch off of American Kickboxing Academy. AKA Thailand.

Rothwell's gym seems to do pretty well for him...

I've heard numerous people say he is a total asshole though.

I've met him and he went out of his way to be a cool guy. Maybe he's different at his gym, but he was willing to call my grandmother on my phone to tell her happy birthday because I told him how amused she was by his infamous post-fight speech.

He could be a total prick in training though, idk

Andre P & Nova Uniao.

Is Carlos Newton's any good?
