anyone know much about either of these guys? I've fallen a bit behind on heavyweight prospect watch. Looks like De La Rocha has already lost his debut.

For those who do scope the heavyweight scene, any genuine promise between either of these guys?

Milstead looked pretty yolked at the weigh ins

Milstead has potential, Rocha not so much at the moment

I think De La Rocha is a little under looked in this fight, he clocked DJ Linderman whose a legit fighter in like his 3rd bout.

Other dude has only crushed cans.

Milstead is one of Stipe's main training partners. so if he is anything like Stipe then we have a gem

De la Rocha is old as fuck for a guy at the very beginning of his UFC career. He's 37. He wont improve much if anything at all from his last fight where he got KO'd by Omielanczuk.

Whoa, didn't realize that either. That's some Houston Alexander type shit right there. Maybe we'll get a few memorable moments from Joe. :)

rocha looked bad in his debut. milstead is stiff, but has some potential.

I think Milstead will find his size a problem when he fights better/bigger HWs but he should smoke DeLaRocha.

he's 230lbs.
Whose weight would give him problems? Reem is 240lbs now...
Nelson? Ben?
