I don't understand all this BJ Penn controvers? I say Bullshit book him on UFC 200. I just wanna watch BJ Penn fight someone and I honestly don't care who.

Penn won't be fighting again. He was so confident in his comeback for a reason, and now he can't do what he originally planned.

Yes, they would. And it's USADA, I know exactly who they work for. Athletic commissions take violations/suspensions very seriously. There is also no chance in hell UFC books him, your point is moot.
