If they belong at the same weight class (in other words, if they have similar weight and height), who would dominate on the ground?

I see Khabib winning to all of them.

Maia via Armbar.
No one else is even in the same league ONCE it hits the ground.
Sure, the control of GSP and the GnP of Bones is formidable.
But, same height and weight ON FIGHT NIGHT? Maia.

ADCC rules Maia smashes all three back to back regardless of weight difference.

is this a serious question?

Maia could probably beat them all in pure submission fighting regardless of weight

As far as imaginary metamorphoses in size and weight, I can't really comment

imo gsp will get off his back better than the rest and be able to get top position and keep it. so gsp.

either maia or

So,now it's not even p4p, that's getting boring - now it's "wait, what if it went to the ground, disregarding all other aspects of the game and how the fight got to the ground, but let's say they were the same weight and height and had similar upbringings and genes"?

I don't think JBJ is in the other three's league in terms of grappling.

If this is pure grappling, I would go with Maia. If it's grappling in an MMA fight, I'd go with GSP.

While Maia is obviously the best jujitsu player..

GSP would take him down, and hold him down.. and that would be that.

Boring, but reality.

GSP is the best of them all on the ground, as far as control. Everyone saying Maia apparently didn't watch the Shields fight.

Wait, wait, wait... TS did not say Penn II greased bacne, squirting himself with water GSP.

How would he do against Khabib though?
I don't he'll be able to take him down.
