Here is he just dwarfing Shields and Brown (great team btw):

Not really IMO, Neil Magny is bigger than Thatch so Brandon is probably right at home at WW. He needs to work on his submission defense.

The weight class isn't the problem it's grappling

Getting out grappled by Siyar is just unacceptable

He should give it a shot. He'll never be a good grappler, needs to wrestle and never hit the floor.

Thatch with the WW Goat..
Thatch is HUGE AS F*CK!!!
they look 2 weight class appart

He should think about moving to a legit grappling camp lol, dudes been handled on the ground his last three fights by much smaller guys.

Team Foxcatcher isn't a great camp btw

He should try handling the men in his current weight class before going into deeper waters.

He lost to a LW in Bendo so I hope not.

No he needs to work on his grappling. He should just be wrestling and working on his scramble 5 times a week untill he can pop up or he can stop it all together once he is comfortable with his grappling his striking will pick up alot as well

Call me crazy, but I don't think the answer to a grappling deficiency is moving to a division containing Luke Rockhold, Chris Weidman, Jacare Souza, Yoel Romero, Tim Kennedy, Gegard Mousasi, and Lyoto Machida at the top.

His best move isn't to middleweight...it's to Bellator.
