No one is arguing they aren't the two best LHW in the world right now. The division is a little weak right now, but they are clear cut the top two. This fight will be pretty historic and if DC was to win a 3rd match-up would be insane.

DC would be favoured against all but just a few heavyweight fighters as well. Only the Conor nuthuggers are pretending that they don't want to see this fight.

Last sentence is one of the dumbest comments ever, man. His last 4 opponents have been finished a massive 3 times in the UFC. 3! A whole 3! Gus was finished twice and neither DC or Jones were the ones to do it.

It doesn't matter who DC beat. DC vs Jones isn't as interesting as the ones I named.
Jones beating DC only earns him DC'S fake belt, Jones beating Rumble would allow him to clean out the division.

Much better rivalry than Nate-Conor, more competitive first fight, actual genuine beef/history, and an actual title on the line with the outcome having implications for the whole division. What's not to love?

How does DC win this fight? DC does not have good boxing or kick boxing, zero grappling besides a rear chokes after punching from seat belt. Dc cannot out wrestle Jones and the last fight was 50-45. There is no chance of a finish in this fight because it's not in either guy's game plan.

How does Conor beat Nate? He is small and one dimensional. Conor got mauled and the fight isn't even for a title. DC v Jones is definitely the better main event.

If the last fight was a 3 rounder, DC would have taken the decision for me. The championship rounds made it look a lot worse than what it was. DC clearly won round 2, and round 3 up until the eye poke.
Absolutely no way is DC the 2nd best 205er of all time though

He has far better boxing than jones thats for sure. DC tired himself out trying constant unsuccesful takedowns on jones, by round 3 he was really slow and started losing the fight. in round 1,2 DC landed alot of short punches and if he concentrates on that instead of taking down Jones for his ego he can win like he did against gus.
