I dont like to be a dick, but the thread title should be changed to say "Undisputed title".

Condit is a former titleholder. From Feb - Nov 2012 he had a UFC belt that he could have defended

Gegard Mousasi

Chris Lytle, always entertaining but never got that title.

this is a secret love thread for bisping.

Well you're the first one to mention Bisping so I'd say you got a little crush.

I think Lytle got robbed in the TUF fight vs Serra and he would have had the title shot had they scored that fight correctly.
I'm not saying he could've beaten GSP but he should've been fighting for that title instead of Serra.

Even though they're still contending for the belt, I'd have to go with Benavidez/Faber. Hell now that i think of it, Mendes too, pretty much the entire TAM crew.

Hendo did win the UFC 17 Middleweight Tournament, (which was before they created the belt) so he is kind of a Bizarro UFC champ.

Mirko got greedy, and he would have beaten Couture had he taken the title shot.

Wandy, while my favorite fighter, was shot before he arrived.

Still, the answer to the question is simple: Kazushi Sakuraba (who also won at the UFC Ultimate Japan Heavyweight Tournament). I guess he is also a kind of Bizarro champ too, although it was a weird tournament.
