Gadelha pulling out the first time led to Esparza mopping the floor with Bec Rawlings, which was nice to watch.

People do not have a good assessment of Esparza because whenever she fights a top opponent she gets prison raped, but it is worth noting that her loses were to women that were ranked number one strawweight in the world at that point (Fujii, Aguilar) or became the number one shortly after (JJ) and that she has pulverized every other opponent on her way. I do think that top contenders like Torres, Markos, Karolina, Penne, Souza, Aguilar and Gadelha would make for an interesting fight with Esparza, but I see her winning all of those matches minus Gadelha and the JAG rematch.
