How'd Wonderboy vs. prime GSP go?

Stephen Thompson was supremely impressive in his dismantling of Hendricks. Hendricks tried a TD but didn't get it. After that he stayed at distance and flat footed in front of Wonderboy l and got sniped by him until it was all over. Thompson is extremely accurate with his striking. GSP would have most likely shot for doubles and singles at a farther distance.



How would Wonderboy vs. prime GSP gone?

Tough call. GSP has a karate background as well and he had the best footwork, distance control, and speed in his division during his prime. His understanding of distance & angles along with where he was in the cage was unmatched. Thompson is the more dynamic striker but GSP won't be nearly as easy to hit as Hendricks was, and his wrestling was the best ever at WW. Styles matter, I'd say GSP has a slight advantage but man, Wonderboy is the most dangerous striker at WW so GSP will need to be flawless.

I think his tdd has become great. To keep the fight standing is an art of its own. I also believe that he has been train jitz through this 6 fight streak he is on. You might be suprised
