Please pardon my ignorance but what is a chin pick?

Im wrestling a chin pick involves cupping the chin to rotate the head away from the direction they prefer.
In this example, if a person was on my right leg, i would cup around their chin from overtop their head with my right hand, rotate their neck to their left while performing uchi mata.

This is not even remotely close to the single leg counter shown by the OP.

Im not talking about the first one Santos used. Not the hip toss counter, Im talking about the one briefly shown at 1:36. It looks pretty damn close to me. And Im comparing it to the 1st technique shown in the OP video.
