I don't know. Might have been neighborhood driven, as in, "This is the section of town that I'm going to target," but that's speculation. It could be totally random. It could also be a red herring, trying to get police to look into active racist groups in the area while he goes by unnoticed. It's impossible to say until the information actually comes out, and that's kind of my point. Everything now is just speculation from people who want the story to fit the narrative in their own minds. We should avoid that mental pitfall.

Edit: He also bombed white people. The guy may not have had any political motivations. He might have just been a nutty asshole. There are all sorts of fucked up people in the world.
