3 days out from weigh in, 5.5lbs overweight

    Need some help/suggestions. Weigh in is day of the competition.

    Been eating in a calorie deficit for the past 2 weeks. Very low carb, ketogenic diet. Sodium has been below 1000mg the entire 2 weeks.

    Cardio was 45 min/day 6 days a week and is now in this final week at 45 min/2x a day

    Water has been at 1.25-1.75 gallons per day. Been trying to get to 2 but its hard. Was thinking of reducing to half a gallon tomorrow, then 1/4 of a gallon on Friday...stopping 24 hours before weigh in time

    Also may take a laxative night before competition if necessary. Does it sound like I can make it?

    u could find some uva ursi. It's a herb that helps with cutting.. Helps deal with water retention and a few other things. It's legit.

    5.5 pounds Isn't that much though. I'd say just doing what you're doing will get most of It off and you can sweat the rest out.
