Need some help/suggestions. Weigh in is day of the competition. Been eating in a calorie deficit for the past 2 weeks. Very low carb, ketogenic diet. Sodium has been below 1000mg the entire 2 weeks. Cardio was 45 min/day 6 days a week and is now in this final week at 45 min/2x a day Water has been at 1.25-1.75 gallons per day. Been trying to get to 2 but its hard. Was thinking of reducing to half a gallon tomorrow, then 1/4 of a gallon on Friday...stopping 24 hours before weigh in time Also may take a laxative night before competition if necessary. Does it sound like I can make it?
