So are you saying that absentee ballots are never even bothered to count unless an appeals process starts?

Nope.

Just that "suddenly found 50k votes after voting" is almost certainly about absentee ballots that hadn't been counted yet rather than a bunch of manufactured votes like that guy is implying.

Which means if they hadn't missed the deadline due to it being a tight race, these 50k absentee ballots would have never been counted at all

"suddenly finding" something after a deadline means "definitely missed and never would have bothered counting in the first place"

they're more than likely including provisional ballots, again they wouldn't say how many of those they had
