Based on skills. 99 is the highest. Skill wise the One True is a clear cut 99 if there ever was one since he's mastered the offensive game and is also arguably the best defender in nba history (9x all nba 1st team defense: t-1st place all time). Juice hovers around 65-70 (journeyman level skill).
