2000m row challenge

I'm just looking for the study to show to a friend as opposed to a random post on sherdog ya fuckhead. If you spoke to me like that in person i would fkn chin you to yesterday.
It was the first or second tabata study. I'll look for it between work calls, but.....just google scholar "Izumi Tabata" and you'll probably find it like immediately.

Don't think you can get access to the entire thing from PubMed.

Maybe you can get it here at researchgate. I can see the full text there, but I have an account so I'm not sure how it looks otherwise.

Alright I'll try this next week. My result will probably suck.
 
Did 2000m today, got 8:33. Not as terrible as I thought it might be but definitely has room for improvement. My goal is to get under 8:00. My pace was pretty consistent so I think it's just a matter of getting into better shape.
