15-23 leangains method.

chicken eggs spinash & protein.
alot of cardio

starting tomorrow, will weight when wake up every day
 
Good luck, I dropped 3.8kg in two weeks to make weight for a grappling comp earlier this year, I wouldnt reccomend it.

Do let me know how it goes :)
 
just want to clear out my diet and stuff BEFORE i move to brasil, I'm carrying around 2KG of unwanted fat and probably 2litres bloat water

3 slices of bread
protein shake

5 pm

cup of oatmeal, yum

turkey & rice
2 slices of bread
after 2 apples as desert

gonna go for quick 2mile run now //
 
broke fast at 2.30 pm ( 19hours i think, wasnt hungry yet even)

2 croissants ( light ones) with chicken
2 slices of bread with chicken
2 banana's

hour of bjj drilling

8.30 pm

350gr chicken
2 slices of bread

9.30 pm

portion oatmeal

10.15 pm

2 apples


couldn't catch weight before breaking fast, was out sorry
 
That's an awful lot of carbs everywhere for trying to shed weight.

i'm a believer of calories in calories out.
 
Whatever works for you. Personally I find the benefits of LCHF tailor-made for cutting weight, versus trying to lose pounds while counting carbs. Good thing you're on board with the calories in < calories out thing at least.

i'm not counting anymore actually, well i am a little in my head,but i did it before for a long time so i have a good insight on how much i'm getting in; maybe i'm getting a little bit 2 much bread inside me, but for the moment it's working for me and i'm feeling good, maybe the most important part

weighted 76.6 btw today, was 78.3 when waking up on monday, part water loss, but think i lost a little fat also in those 3 days that passed, patience is the key

almost fell off the ladder completely, my back nagging me.

also eating some cornflakes during the day.. damnit, 2 nice days ahead of me now

out all day tomorrow, will make lunch packet chicken sandwishes & boiled eggs & 2 shakes
 
going back to a 100carb +-diet, will fit me better, because of the bread I eat to much ( only carbs from veggies fruits now on, all natural stuff, almost :)

this will fit better into my lifestyle
