The over hook/ arm wrap is one of my fav moves. Good old school guard move

Nice, thanks. I really like that arm drag off the escape. I'm always trying to drag the arm or wrap it when I can't, so it's cool to see a connection between the two attacks. I should give that triangle a try as well. I'm way more points focused so I am always looking for the back or a pendulum sweep off the drag. Would be good to have a quick submission threat also
