Less white cops would actually help the problem. Why put white cops in all black areas? Common sense really. Also more money would help (not fix) the problem. Invest into these areas with community centers, child care programs, technology and learning centers. So congrats, you actually have some decent solutions to the problem.
Simply throwing money at problems does not help anything. A good example is Vancouver, Canada's East Hastings street. East Hastings street is a disgusting drug addict and prostitute wasteland. The city has to give welfare checks on different days because there are so many drug overdoses on welfare check days.
Ridiculous amounts of money is donated to the cause of turning East Hastings street around. You cannot get elected as a politician in Vancouver unless you promise to give money to East Hastings. The more money thrown at the problem the worse it gets.
You cannot change something until the people change. Things are not going to change for struggling black people until opportunistic race hustlers and self-righteous liberals stop pushing the ridiculous victim and white privilege narratives and start encouraging struggling blacks to take responsibility for their lives. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of money or virtue signalling opportunities in promoting responsibility.
