and if you go through the many USADA abritration decisions virtually all of them at some point refer to previous case precedent.

He is no party whatsoever to the USADA process, nothing at all. Thats not how it works.

And nobody is part of the TUE panels decision making process, not Dana, not Novitzky, Not Cyborg, not Jacobs. They have no involvement at all. The first thing any of them will know is when the panel makes its decision, not before.

You dont know how the process works, I do.. Believe me, Dana knows nothing. He only knows what he is told by Jacobs or Jeff, and neither of them are part of the TUE panels decision making.
 
Cyborg needs to just shut the fuck up until she gets done with her con story she is giving USADA for cheating and finds out how long she is getting suspended.

basically the story is this

+ the tue panel have asked for more paperwork

(this means nothing really, just means the paperwork they have recieved isnt suffiecient)

+ Howard Jacobs came out and said "theyve asked for more paperwork, we think this is a good sign, normally if its a no they just say no straight away so we think them asking for more paperwork is a good sign"

+ Dana hears this, and also the story from Jacobs saying that the drugs were for medical use etc and says what he says

He is purely parrotting what he has heard from Jacobs, just as he did in the Jones case




And Jacobs is doing what hes paid to do, put out stories that sway public opinion in favor of his client and have everyone thinking they are innocent.

he did exactly the same in the Jones case, and Dana parrotted it in that case as well (as did schmucks like Luke Thomas)

And hes done it for years with client after client, thats his job.

Frankly, im amazed that someone as on the ball as Okamoto has actually fallen for it a second time.. most of the MMA media has been fairly cautious over how they report what Dana said.
