If that were true, then looking at the people who used massive quantities of anabolic steroids back in the 70's and into the 80's while steroids were still legal to prescribe for athletic purposes, and using growth hormone wasn't in vogue yet, guys like Schwarzenegger and his contemporaries would have massive jaws and noticeable bigger heads than they did in early adulthood. Yet looking at him in movies made well after his bodybuilding career was over I don't see any sign of an enlarged jaw.
It wasn't until after using growth hormone became a popular substitute or addition to steroid use that enlarged jaws became noticeable among lots of people who were either bodybuilders or who trained with weights as a necessary part of their career such as pro wrestlers, MMA fighters and football players.
