I think so, but "casual" fans absolutely love it. It's compelling to alot of people, regardless of whether it's staged or not. For me, I'm already interested in the fights, so I don't need any drama or trash talk to become interested (even though sometimes it is funny/entertaining).

if i was a casual, i would just see it simply as fighters fighting, and no one got hurt. maybe that's just me, i don't know.

as a fan, the only thing i really noticed was Dana Lite. i never look at press day fights as fights, but rather i look for what funny shit's going on in the background of the fight; there's always someone or something happening that's really interesting/funny as fuck.
